#152 If You Want Progress, Stop Dreaming Big And Start Doing Small
People actually aren't bad at making goals.
They're terrible at starting them.
You don't start climbing a mountain by staring up at the peak all day.
You get your gear together, then you plan you first few steps. Then you look ahead a few feet and figure out the next point you're trying to get to.
Whatever your goal is, if you can't make progress on it in 30 minutes or less every day, then you need to simplify and make them easier.
Do a small, focused actions everyday for 30 minutes and build momentum towards tackling your goal. You'll be shocked at the progress you make.
