It's the end of 2023 and as I'm reviewing this very unique year in my life, I'm struggling with being discontent on how it went.
Fighting the expectations I have for myself is clashing with the accomplishments I've had in the year.
I want to encourage people to give themselves some grace. It's been a tough few years and I think we are feeling that.
Practice gratitude, count your blessings and go into 2024 with hope.
